OBERON - A MIDSUMMER NIGHT DREAM

Long gone RARE!! Re-issue from the early 90s of one of the rarest UK Acid Folk LP’s

UK folk rock gem. Origionaly Released in 1971 in an edition of only 99 copies, Oberon’s Midsummer’s Night Dream is not only one of the rarest folk-rock records to ever see the light in the UK but is also considered one of the top works in its genre. Origional coppys of this album now fech £1000

Musicly it's has been described as special ACID/FOLK and PROG/FOLK, Decorated with lilting vocals, Sometime you are flying along with the flute and then an acid violin wake up your acid edge, electric and acoustic guitars and female vocal beauty bring you inside a beautiful dream... and other instruments old and new. . this is a magical album.

There are 8 sublimes tracks: Nottanum Town, Peggy, The Hunt, Summertime, Time Past Time Come, Epitaph and There are seven members: Bernie Birchall play the Bass, Robin Clutterbuck play Guitar and his a vocalist, Nick Powell it's the percussionist, Jan Scrimgeour it's Vocalist and Guitarist, Charlie Seaward play the Flute, Julian Smedley play Violin and Vocalist too, Chris Smith play Acoustic and Electric Guitars.

 

Fragen werden gerne beantwortet. Ich versende Schallplatten außerhalb der Plattenhülle, um Beschädigungen am Cover zu vermeiden.

Alle Schallplatten sind aus meiner privaten Sammlung und wenn nicht anders angegeben im besten neuwertigen Zustand. Auch werden die Platten natürlich entsprechend stabil verpackt.

 

Derzeit verkaufe ich noch weitere Platten, also einfach mal unter weitere Artikel
reinschauen und Porto sparen.
