Calling all fans of classic 'Britpop' (I know, a term which is perhaps a bit dated and reminds me of Tony Blair's grinning fakery at Number 10 with Noel Gallagher looking on in disbelief, but it serves the purpose of placing the music in it's culture well). This is from my own collection from new and hasn't been played for a long time. It is a well thought of part of my collection. I don't believe in being dishonest or mistreating fellow collectors so please do read below. This is an original double vinyl 'dj friendly' 45 rpm album which contains the classic anthems The Day We Caught The Train, The Riverboat Song. (Possibly interesting side note) - I bought this new, at Selectadisc in Soho, London. Yes, the same shop that is in the 'What's The Story Morning Glory' iconic Oasis album cover shot. ( I add this because I am someone who loves the stories behind the buying. It's part of the history of a record and part of why we collect. I would love to hear your stories if you want to share) Sold as seen. In my opinion, using the usual grading system, I call this album as in Excellent condition, in the most part: the cover has some wear to the top ,as seen in the second photo and a few minor marks to back and bottom. Still really looks a great piece of record artwork if you as me. The vinyl itself is mostly in excellent condition too. Sides 1 to 3 all near mint. However, Side 4 does have three long scratches on it, as seen in the photos. They look worse than they are and I honestly cannot feel them with my nail, and they hardly affect the sound, if at all. There is also a smaller scratch on Track 1 Side 4. Again, seen in the last photo. I can feel this one but it genuinely plays with hardly a noise on my deck. All inner sleeves are at least excellent, with lyrics and photography all intact, as are the labels. Still has front cover sticker. Rare stuff. Overall I think this is a well cared for, sought after, item which will please it's new owner. Thanks and enjoy! Justin
