The ODYSSEY : Fresh Air / How Long Is Time // JIMMY POWELL & The DIMENSIONS: Love Me Right / I Can Go Down (JAG 232001 - FRANCE 1966)

EP francese che raccoglie due gruppi molto diversi: gli Odyssey avevano inciso già con il nome di Sons Of Fred, e qui fanno due bei pezzi, il primo in stile freakbeat, il secondo una ballata.

Jimmy Powell & The Dimension erano invece un gruppo di R & B, in cui per un po' militò anche Rod Stewart.

Il disco è molto buono, qualche isolato fruscio soprattutto nei primi secondi di ogni lato, ma VG+ o anche meglio.

La copertina è integra, leggermente sciupata, soprattutto agli angoli, ha qualche leggera piega ed è un po' ingiallita, ma fa comunque la sua figura: VG o VG-.

Disco molto raro, venduto su ebay a $100 in condizioni VG+...

French EP with 2 very different groups: The Odyssey came from a Group called Sons Of Fred, here they have the first song in a freakbeat style, while the second is slower.

Jimmy Powell & The Dimension were instead a R & B Group in which, for a short time, there was also Rod Stewart.

The record plays really well, except for some light noise at the beginning of each side, for a couple of seconds. VG+ or better.

The sleeve has some wear, mostly at the corners, has some light creases and a bit of yellowing, but no cuts and no tears. A good one, though not the most... VG or VG-

Very rare record, sold on ebay at $ 100 in Vg+ conditions...
