OFF! - First Four EP's 4x7" Vice Records 2011
Ultra rare version of this great record with the original withdrawn/censored sleeve for the "F*ck People" record.
Most copies of this were destroyed and very few made it into circulation. 
I got this new/sealed and only slit it open to verify the artwork. Box still has original shrink wrap and sticker, and there's an unused download coupon. Vinyl has never been played.

GRADING:

NM (near mint) is the highest grade for a record in beautiful shape. 

EX (excellent) means there is very little to no wear — a small, inaudible surface mark on the vinyl or a small bend on the sleeve

VG+ (very good plus) means the sleeve has minor wear — creased and/or shows a slight ring impression, and the disc shows cosmetic signs of handling

VG (very good) means the sleeve shows multiple flaws (sticker tear, seam split, ring wear, rumpled top) and the disc has surface noise (no skips or loud pops) and multiple small scratches

VG- (very good minus) means the sleeve is "well loved" with numerous flaws while the vinyl is exhibits many flaws and is noisy

G (good) means the sleeve contains major flaws such as large tears, heavy staining, etc., while the vinyl is beat but playable with no skips
