with lyric gatefold insert in English and Japan. This is a "Sample -- Not For Sale" release. This was prior to the OBI being added from what I was told. Sent to management for approval. Played once, or perhaps not at all. VERY CLEAN.

See photos. The plastic cover is as issued in Japan. Great example of this Weird Al record, one of the rarest. Comes from the collection of somebody inside Al's inner circle. This was used for professional purposes only and has had no other owners until  you!
