Rare, tough to find album by legendary San Francisco punk band THE OFFS! 
You might remember their "Everyone's A Bigot" from the Maximum Rock N Roll / Alternative Tentacles compilation album Let Them Eat Jellybeans. 
They were one of the first punk bands in operation in the Bay Area circa 1977 alongside CRIME, THE AVENGERS, THE NUNS, THE SLEEPERS, etc and one of the first anywhere to fuse anthemic punk rock with rocksteady and ska undertones.

I would say the vinyl is EX/VG++. Vinyl has a few paper sleeve scuffs that do not affect play at all. Clean labels. Overall very shiny and clean! Jacket is EX overall. Completely intact with no seam splitting whatsoever. Very faint ring wear and minor corner dings. Fabulous condition for a 30+ year old record!
