Description

Vintage blues lp: The Folk Lore of JOHN LEE HOOKER - Vee Jay LP 1033, original pressing with deep groove and with "Bell Sound" and "Audio Matrix" stamped in the runoff, and "2-17-61" etched in the runoff; released in 1961.

Condition is VG+/VG++ (vinyl is glossy, side 1 is EX, side 2 has several soft scuffs and two soft hairlines - these cause some soft background off and on through this side; minimal label wear; jacket has a coated cover, with a long wrinkle to the left corner that seems to be only to the coating, not the cardboard beneath, shallow discoloring along the right side (common with these coated jackets), a couple of scuffs and smudges to left margin, and a "NR" ink stamp to back cover).
