Description
Up for auction here is one of the rarest of the rare OINGO BOINGO items. This is the REAL DEAL. It's the "You Got Your Baby Back" 7". This was released back in 1976 when they were still called The Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo. The flip side has "Ballad Of The Caveman". Included is the original Patty Hearst paper sleeve. The vinyl is clean and has no visible signs of scratches.
Backstory:
I was (am) a proud member of the Oingo Boingo Secret Society. Back in 1994, they had a big auction of all kinds of items. This being one of them. I bid high and won this beaty. I was told it was one of the band members. I have no proof of that, but that's what I was told back then. I've had it in my possession ever since. I live in a smoke-free home and have taken good care of it. I've played it only a few times. One of which was when I transfered it to my computer. The winning bidder will also receive links to both songs in full fidelity AIFF format. I've had this tucked away for nearly 20 years and have decided it's time to pass it on. I took the pictures and have now boxed this up. It's ready to go out the door. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.
