OISTER are power pop legends DWIGHT TWILLEY and PHIL SEYMOUR captured Pre-Dwight Twilley Band and released on HoZac Records (HZR-190). Also known as the TEAC Tapes. This was the first time these tracks were officially released in ANY format! Known for their D.I.Y. ethic and Everly Brothers harmonies—this is highly recommended!
