You are bidding on or purchasing: ONE ANTIQUE 12-INCH VICTOR HMV RECORD ALBUM BINDER SET, CONTAINING 10 SINGLE-SIDED 12-INCH VICTROLA RECORDS, OPERA AND CLASSICAL, AVERAGE E TO E+ CONDITION.

TEN RECORD SET 78 RPM 12-inch SINGLE SIDE RECORDS IN ORIGINAL OLD ALBUM BINDER. This is a Victor "His Master's Voice" album, although it's difficult to see the dog and player on the cover; album has a "K" on the spine so it was once part of a full alphabet set.

The album itself is in pretty good but not spectacular condition, with strong spine and covering and a clean unwritten index page. The heavy paper interior pages are numbered 1- 10, and have some issues with tears along the top tabs and edges (see photos), and on pages #3 and #7, the record pocket has separated from the binder clip wing, but all the pockets/sleeves are usable for record storage.

The condition of the records is another story -- an amazing set! This collection is sorted as I found it in an estate lot, nine records are operatic recordings including Caruso and Farrar, and an early Rachmaninoff piece. The very first record (#95211) has a few faint scratches and blemishes, and I will grade it to VG; the remainder are ALL E to E+ (better?).

I know that no 78 can claim to be never played, but some of these have got to toe the line as reference copies. I normally don't bother with surface condition pictures, but I couldn't help including a couple in the pictures provided here. Records still have original luster, no scratches, no label wear: sharp!

I'm not an expert record collector or grader, but I do my best to consult references for grading. If you're not happy with the grading or record for any reason let me know; I am a no- hassle-seller. The entire contents of album will be stretch-wrapped to prevent any jostling of contents, and packed with plenty of room for cushioning in a strong oversized parcel.
