Limited first pressing on blue vinyl. The vinyl is in near mint condition, however the sleeve has some damage on the back side; see closeup photo for more detail.

I'm the original owner of this album. The only turntable it's been played on was correctly setup and decent quality (SL-1210 w/ AT-440MLa cartridge).
