THE ONES-45-“Sure Gonna Miss You” b/w “What’s It Like (To Be In Love)”-Satin Records #SA-021-Cool 1966 TEXAS Garage-Punk…One of many 100’s of bands calling themselves THE ONES, these guys hailed from San Antonio TEXAS…This record was NOT listed in the Texas Garage-Bible ‘Journey To Tyme’—A side is a great BLUE THINGS-BOBBY FULLER style garage-punker with a Byrds-Go-Garage ‘Feel A Whole Lot Better’ riff throughout and a synonymous lead guitar break…B side is an off-key garage teen ballad-I know-the title is sappy-and maybe the song is too—BUT THIS SONG IS REALLY COOL!! Very scarce TEXAS single.
Condition: Record is somewhere between VG+ and MINT-Minus…some slight paper scuffs visible in certain light angles…also a slight surface scratch on the opening intro of A side, visible in certain light angles…
