The sleeve is in a decent Excellent condition, there are no major faults - just a little corner wear to bottom right and to a lesser degree on bottom left, plus the usual ring wear mark(only noticeable when turned towards direct light) and a light crease at bottom right corner(see pic).The back is clean and tidy, and the spine is very solid with spine print  fully intact. These are very minor defects given the rarity of this album but I am being very fussy and you need to know what you are buying .

Comes with original EMI inner sleeve.

Now the important bit -  the vinyl ..

This is a superb pristine example, both surfaces are bright and shiny,labels are as new, with no sign of spindle hole wear. Plays absolutely superb,fabulous sound with no background anywhere, I would guess this has only been played once or twice before. I am cautious to describe as mint, so will grade at near mint. This is truly one of the rarest Psych LP's and hardly ever shows, this is a great copy to add to your collection.
