It’s nearly impossible to believe that these 6 slices of over-the-top spectacular, and ultra-powerful, Blue Cheer-influenced psychedelic motor-blues-rock on this here new Orange Sunshine release weren’t recorded some 35 years ago. Homo Erectus is guaranteed to stun all fans of heavy guitar rock in the vein of Blue Cheer and Savage Resurrection. Connoisseurs need to know no more.
Orange Sunshine are a group out of The Netherlands that released this heavy Blues Rock album a few years ago. When it was released, many collectors were under the impression that was a lost album from the 70's, and it vanished overnight. Months later people came to realize that this was in a fact a modern group, suprising many who had heard it up until that point. The cover is in 3D, and comes with a set of 3D glasses in the shape of an electric guitar.
This is the original pressing that I bought directly from the leader of the group when the album came out.
