One of the rarest of all 45rpm records in existence!  Generally acknowledged as not only one of the most desirable Elvis collectibles, but also as one of the most sought-after recordings in rock and roll history, our offering consists of the 45 rpm record AND both of the extremely rare cardboard inserts that accompanied the recording.  These inserts are not reproductions.

Issued by TV Guide and RCA in 1956 and sent to radio stations in limited amounts, this EP features Elvis answering questions from a TV Guide reporter about his nickname and his rise to fame.

Here is what is included in this auction:

• TV Guide Presents Elvis Presley 45rpm - powder blue center label.  Catalog RCA Victor G8-MW-8705.  G8M W8705-1 in dead wax.  Vinyl grades VG++, a few light scuffs and scratches can be seen.
   
• Elvis Exclusively Gray Inlay - Thick stock paper.  Excellent condition.  No rips or tears.
   
• Elvis Exclusively Pink Gatefold Inlay - Thick stock paper.  Also in excellent condition.  No rips or tears.  Just slight toning on small areas of the edges and corners.
   
• Unmarked/blank 45rpm sleeve - in excellent condition, no rips or tears.

We accept: Pay Pal (preferred) and all major credit cards.
 
Winning bidder will receive an email from us with all of the auction information, including payment address, Pay Pal address and other pertinent information. Pay Pal information: If paying via Pay Pal, we only ship to confirmed addresses.

NJ Residents are required to pay 7% sales tax.

Shipping

We ship Tuesday's and Thursday's. Smaller items may be shipped throughout the week, however, we are committed to shipping on Tuesday's and Thursday's. 

Shipping methods: Our preferred method of shipping is UPS, almost all of our items will be shipped via this carrier. We also use USPS Priority Mail (for smaller items) and Fed Ex if needed. Auctions will either have a flat cost for shipping, or an eBay shipping calculator attached (at the bottom right of the auction listing).

Local pick up - Most items are available for a local pick up either at our office or at our customer's home.  Please contact us if you would like to pick up your item.  No additional charges are incurred for a local pick up.  

Insurance: We will insure your item for an additional cost. All UPS orders under $100 are shipped fully insured! If winning bidder chooses to have the item shipped insured via USPS, additional insurance charges may apply.

Tracking numbers will be provided to the winning bidder once the item ships (where applicable).

We COMBINE SHIPPING! Please email us to request a combined quote on shipping.

Returns

We will offer a refund and provide a return call tag for a return for items that do not meet the item description. Please email us to request a refund BEFORE any feedback is left. If feedback is left for us before a request for a refund is made, you have forfeited your chance to receive a refund.

We will not refund your original shipping cost under any circumstances. Refunds will be made within 5 days of receiving the item back in our office. Refunds will be given in the same type of payment for which the item was paid.

UPS damaged package - If your package was sent via UPS, and arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We are the point person for the UPS claim that will need to be filed. We will need your home phone number to begin the claim.

PLEASE NOTE:  We have received numerous questions about the matrix number in the dead wax.  It is not hand stamped, they are block letters.  Click the links below to see picture.

Regarding locked grooves, there is more space between the "tracks" as there would be on your typical record.  Will throw this on our turntable to test whether the grooves are locked.
