Description

Catalog number VJLP 1062, Matrix numbers are as follows - Side 1: 63-3402-1- Side 2: 63-3403-1- "URJ" writ small both sides. Bracketed VJ logo on colorband label. Song titles centered and "microgroove" text on label. "Please, Please Me" on back cover. Monophonic. I don't know what else to say about this one, folks. A great example of the Beatles real first album on the Vee Jay Records label...until Capitol issued a cease and desist! The most counterfeited album in history, I personally guarantee this copy to be authentic. Take it to any Beatles fanatic for verification if you can't believe it. Only real problem with this copy is the Dymo label in the lower left corner of the cover (I'm sure you could remove this with a heat gun and some patience). Otherwise, a pristine copy with little wear evident to the cover or album, a strong EX+ all around. Selling this for a friend, otherwise I'd be keeping it for myself.
