Description
What I’m offering is a RARE picture sleeve 45 by John Lennon (Beatles) & Yoko Ono with the Plastic Ono Band titled Mother b/w Why, issued on Apple 1827 in 1970. This is an ORIGINAL pressing and NOT the recent record store day reissue.
The grading on the 45 is VG sleeve, VG+ condition record A side, EX condition record B side. The sleeve has moderate ringwear, which is common for this sleeve, faint writing on one side in pen and in pencil (see scan), handling creases at the top, and two light diagonal creases running 1/3 of the way down from the top. The A side of the 45 has small pencil writing on the top of the label, one surface mark and a couple of light surface scratches that are totally inaudible and does not affect its play. The B side of the 45 has one light surface line that is totally inaudible and does not affect its play.
Included in this auction, is a sheet of original unused jukebox title strips (see scan).
