I spent the 1970’s in America trawling through innumerable boxes at record fairs looking for gems like this . Time now for me to part with my collection so a great opportunity for a UK based collector to get their hands on a slice of rock history at a fraction of what it would cost to obtain from the USA . Elvis first entered a RCA studio in January 1956 & over the next couple of years cut many of the records that have come to define his legacy . Scotty & D J Fontana would now be joined by the likes of The Jordanaires : Floyd Cramer : Chet Atkins to take the raw sound of country rockabilly in a direction then unknown . Here is an opportunity to own an original first pressing from that period . Last of the SUN masters on the B side . Almost unbelievably this was one of the seven double sided singles issued in the second week of September 1956 to make a lot of jukebox operators very rich & even more fans happy . Will arrive in a generic ’54 to ’58 RCA sleeve as shown in the photo’s . Delighted to answer any questions .
