MEGA-RARE ORIGINAL UK PSYCH 45 - The Family "Scene Through The Eye Of A Lens"/"Gypsy Woman"(Blue Liberty LBF 15031). Recorded in 1967, this is one of the RAREST UK PSYCH SINGLES AROUND!! This is the RARER PRESSING, with the "B" Side "Gypsy Woman" actually playing by the The Family and NOT the Otis Redding mis-press!! However, condition-wise, we are far away from mint condition!! The "A" side is well-marked, though there is still a shine of sorts on the surface. The record plays with plenty of background "crackle", but no skips or jumps. The "A" side is a little better than this, but also has background "crackle" at times, but becomes a bit clearer after half-way through. The "A" side label is as seen, but the "B" label has some small-ish abrasions round the centre hole. Not a perfect copy, I'll grant you, but nevertheless, a playable copy of a MAJOR SOUGHT-AFTER ITEM!! The record comes complete with an original Liberty sleeve.
