OSAGE TRIBE - 'Arrow Head' (bla-bla Records)1972 -
ORIGINAL ITALY PRESSING
This very professional group cames from Genova and was formed in 1971.
This trio released three singles from 1971 and 1972 and this album and was formed by BOB CALLERO, MARIO ZOCCHEDDU and NUNZIO 'CUCCIOLO' FAVA.
Great Italian composer FRANCO BATTIATO has collaborated to this album.
In 1972 this bass/guitar/drums trio recorded 'Arrow Head' which displayed their talent.
In rock style is driven quite hard, even if at times there's some overlapping into jazz.
"ARROW HEAD" has to be considered one of the foundation albums of Italian rock music.
The lyrics are rather interesting and very well integrated in their music's style and sound.
Unfortunately BLA BLA record was made by low quality vinyl, but this copy is in great shape, VG++ with some superficial signes. Play without any problems, NO skips, jumps or cracks, only some light background in mello part. 5 small 'toc' at the begin of A side.
