M / S (Mint / Sealed): The record is brand new, sealed if it's really yet sealed.
NM (Near Mint): The record is like new, it has been played but it's perfect, clean, no scratches or marks.
VG+ (Very Good Plus): The record plays well, it could have some little marks on the surface that don't affect the quality, some slight cracklings.
VG (Very Good): The record plays well, it could have some scratches and marks that cause crunches and noises but the overall quality is good.
G+ (Good Plus): There could be scratches, marks, dust that affect much the quality up to stylus sliding. Anyway the record could be played entirely.
G (Good): scratches, marks, dust affect very much the quality giving back stylus slidings, strong noises etc.
F (Fair): Conditions are terrible, it's difficul to play the record, sometimes impossible.

M / S (Mint / Sealed): Il disco è nuovo, da negozio, perfetto, se "sealed" allora è ancora sigillato.
NM (Near Mint): Il disco è pari al nuovo, può essere stato ascoltato, ma comunque deve essere perfetto, pulito, nessun graffio, nessuna imperfezione.
VG+ (Very Good Plus): Il disco suona bene, piccoli graffietti superficiali che non influenzano l'ascolto, qualche piccolo fruscio. Pulito alla vista.
VG (Very Good): Il disco suona bene, può avere qualche imperfezione (tipo graffi superficiali o polvere) che generano fruscii o imperfezioni sonore, ma in linea di massima l'ascolto è buono.
G+ (Good Plus): Possono essere presenti graffi, sporcizie e polvere che influenzano parecchio l'ascolto generando fruscii fino addirittura a qualche salto della puntina. Il disco si può comunque ascoltare per intero
G (Good): Graffi, sporcizie, polveri che rendono l'ascolto difficoltoso generando saldi, forti fruscii ecc.
F (Fair): Il disco è in condizioni pessime, l'ascolto è difficoltoso, se non impossibile in certi casi.
