The leader of a motorcycle gang is kicked out of his group because he is too violent. Mother (Michael Green) is ostracized because he wishes to exact revenge on a rival gang called the Hotdoggers. After Mother experiences some romantic adventures with scantily clad biker babes, he rejoins the gang as they go after their enemy. The sex and violence marks this as an exploitation feature destined to become a big hit with lowbrow scooter trash everywhere.

The first of 2 albums by Simmons on Zappa's indie label, following which, he joined 'The Mothers'.
