ORIGINAL BRITISH DECCA MONO LP LK 4615.
FEATURING RANSOM KNOWLING AND LITTLE WILLIE SMITH.
RELEASED 1964.
A classic LP from the hight of the great Blues and R&B revival of the early 1960's. Legendary Otis Spann with his wonderful band in really superb condition.
CONDITION -
SLEEVE : EX +
The sleeve is in really superb orginal condition so I've graded as EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION although it is nearly mint for an album of this age. There are no split seems or bent corners without ringwear or laminate peeling. A really nice clean copy.
DISC : EX +
The disc is graded as EXCELLENT PLUS also. The playing surface is superbly preserved with no scratches, scuffs or blemishes of any kind. The disc retains its orginal high sheen surface and shows no sign of being played. The beautiful red Decca labels are very clean with only a couple of tiny spindle marks. There is no staining or centre hole wear. The Decca pressing is great and gives excellent playback.
A really nice, collectable blues LP.
