OTIS WILLIAMS and the CHARMS
Sing Their All-Time Hits DELUXE 570 original issue LP
Cover has some wear, rubbing and light soiling - please refer to photos. VG- Approx 6" split at upper seam, overall edgewear.
Record has scuffs and marks, sold "as is". Looks ugly, but the marks are all superficial. Plays through without skips, has intermittent crackling, a couple of pops. It would unquestionably benefit from a professional cleaning.
I am a conservative grader - often shocked by the junk goes as "VG" or even "NM" on ebay. I generally sell top condition vinyl, only making exceptions for hard to find records, as in this case.
Personally, I find this record quite listenable, in fact it sounds pretty damn good, vibrant, but not VG visual grade, therefore am selling it "as is". I would say while listening, one would be aware they are listening to a second hand record, but the flaws do not greatly diminish the enjoyment of the music. Oldies DJ's on my local independent/college radio station regularly play records which sound like this!
