ARTIST :OWEN BRADLEY (quintet)
TITLE :"White Silver Sands/Midnight Blues"
YEAR/LABEL :1957 BRUNSWICK 05700
Written in 1957 and recorded the same year by both Don Rondo and Owen Bradley. Stunning BRUNSWICK demos. It was common practice in the 50s and early 60s to release demos on two discs with the flipsides having no labels. The labels also had different colour than the regular release (except maybe DECCA). These are indeed, extremely rare to come by! Note that index number (rubber-stamped on) and duration (written on with biro) was common practice.
DESCRIPTION : Both records are EXCELLENT. Amazingly shiny vinyls, after all these years. Labels are clean. Khaki generic sleeves are Very Good.
