SHIPPING RATES that includes the shipment cost plus €1.00 for packaging. I hip by registered mails by my Post Office if little parcels or Mail Boxes for bigger ones. Cheapier methods might exist but they donot issue any receipt nor tracking so I prefer to avoid using ‘em.

BTW I cannot guarantee or I do not know whether or if the tracking number works always or displays always the track pathway also outside my country; sometimes could other could not; I think it’s a matter of International matching between different countris, different courier companies, etc.

Important: Please be achievable or reachable when the courier will go to you! Usually they will try a couple of times more but after 2-3 failed delivery attempts the parcel could be resend back to the sender. So keep in mind that in case the parcel comes back to me then you must pay another shipment if you want get me re-ship it!

Also, in case of little envelops to ship out little stuff as envelops,sheets, paper, comics, little things,etc, I also let you free to choose the POSTAPRIORITY INTERNAZIONALE (International PriorityMail) that is very cheap and traceable but keep in mind this method will allow free the courier/postman free to leave the mail in your mailslot,mailbox,letterbox even if you are absent. So please, get to checkout everyday your letterbox too!

I suggest you do not choose this for items of value.

Select what you think is the right assessment bearing in mind that your judgment will heavily affect seller profile, and every evaluation that does not have 5 full stars for each entry - according to the new ebay regulation - is equivalent to INSUFFICIENT then severely penalizing the seller and putting his business – and yours too - at risk; in fact penalizing the sellers they get extra fees or better limits; in that way they’ll be forced to increase the price of their items, so it’s affect you all buyers as well too. Get more information about this by surfing the Net even out of eBay where many people well-explain about that.

BTW I strive for 5 stars doing everything to satisfy the customer on all those four things (subject to description, communication, shipping time, shipping / packaging costs). I only ask you to use in full awareness these tools that ebay makes available. The success of eBay and the success of sellers are in your hands too! I do not want to urge you to assign the maximum evaluation but only to inform you on a point that ebay does not explain in the most appropriate way to the buyers. Please, stop two minutes more on those detailed evaluations stars-ratings taking to account these few points.

NON ASPETTARE MA AGISCI IMMEDIATAMENTE! PRIMA RINTRACCERAI IL TUO PACCO E PRIMA STARAI MEGLIO!

Importante: Per articoli piccoli o molto piccoli offro anche POSTAPRIORITY INTERNAZIONALE (per chi sta all’estero) oppure POSTA-1 (per chi sta in Italia) che sono sia economiche che tracciabili. SPEDIZIONI COMBINATE Ricordati di dare un’occhiata anche agli altri miei articoli premendo l’apposito pulsante “altri annunci del venditore”. Offro infatti anche Spedizioni Combinate in modo che l’acquirente possa acquistare vari articoli ricevendoli in un’unica spedizione senza dover pagare spedizioni multiple per ogni articolo.

Una volta acquistati più articoli tramite l’apposito pulsante COMPRALO SUBITO seleziona l’apposita voce “RICHIEDI IL TOTALE”

Questa modalità la chiamo ASTA-AL-CONTRARIO poichè solitamente l’annuncio mostra il prezzo massimo COMPRALO SUBITO ma lascia fare offerte anche inferiori a quel prezzo.

Inoltre dopo aver fatto una Proposta D’Acquisto oppure una Controprosta, eBay concede un lasso di tempo limitato per lasciar decidere se accettare o meno ...ma nel frattempo altre Proposte D’Acquisto di altri acquirenti potrebbero arrivare; per cui se ciò accade, il venditore è libero di accettare una loro Proposta anzichè la tua.

Importante: La proposta D’Acquisto che farai si rifersice SOLTANTO al prezzo dell’articolo NON ai Costi di Spedizione.

METODI DI PAGAMENTI Per ora accetto PAYPAL oppure BONIFICO. In futuro forse accetterò anche altri metodi consentiti da eBay.

Importante: Qualora l’acquirente volesse pagare con BONIFICO sarà libero di farlo.

Al contrario invece, qualora ci si accordasse per un pagamento in Bonifico ma l’acquirente cambiasse idea e pagasse con Paypal, allora vi sarà un’altissima probabilità - specie se capita con articoli costosi - che il sottoscritto scelga di ANNULLARE IL PAGAMENTO PER “PATTI NON RISPETTATI”.

Questo è dovuto al fatto che siccome PAYPAL addebita ai venditori una tassa di quasi il 4% sul prezzo Totale d’acquisto - a differenza del Bonifico che non addebita nulla - ecco allora che tale tassa potrebbe inficiare troppo sul prezzo.

TEMPI DI PAGAMENTO Il tempo massimo a disposizione consentito all’acquirente per effettuare il pagamento è NON OLTRE 4 giorni (96 ore) ed il conto-alla-rovescia del tempo rimasto inizia dall’istante in cui l’acquirente o il sottoscritto accetta la Proposta D’Acquisto oppure la Controfferta (oppure la Contro-controOfferta) dell’altro od anche quando l’acquirente prema il pulsante COMPRALO SUBITO. Per non trovarti coinvolto in IMPREVISTI ti consiglierei di NON effettuare il pagamento “l’ultimo minuto”. Ricorda inoltre che eBay segnala tutti i MANCATI PAGAMENTI! ...Per cui accumulando troppe segnalazioni nel tempo potrebbero mettere limiti al tuo account (anche permanenti)!

ALTRE COSE IMPORTANTI …Gentile cliente, permettimi di prendere altri due minuti del tuo prezioso tempo per segnalarti l’importanza del feedback e della valutazione dettagliata (le cosidette stelline), fornendoti alcune Linee Guida per esprimere un giudizio corretto. sia il feedback che le quattro valutazioni di 5 stellette che sono il dato fondamentale che dà o toglie rilevanza ai Venditori.

RILASCIO DEL FEEDBACK AL VENDITORE Scegliendo il positivo aggiungerai +1 al punteggio feedback del venditore. Invece il negativo ha valore -1. Un feedback neutro non cambia il punteggio ma penalizza il venditore sulla percentuale di feedback positivi, mettendo in serio pericolo la propria attività tanto quanto un feedback negativo. A corredo del punteggio hai anche alcuni caratteri a disposizione per esprimere un tuo giudizio sull'intera transazione.

VALUTAZIONE DETTAGLIATA (5 STELLINE) Seleziona quella che secondo te è la giusta valutazione, tenendo presente che questo giudizio influenzerà PESANTEMENTE il profilo del venditore, e ricordando che una valutazione che non ha ottenuto 5 stelle piene in ogni voce (oggetto conforme alla descrizione, comunicazione, tempi di spedizione, costi di spedizione), secondo al nuovo regolamento di ebay equivale ad INSUFFICIENTE penalizzando severamente il venditore e mettendo a rischio la sua attività.

Questo a lungo andare andrà ad influire negativamente anche sugli acquirenti, poichè ogni venditore che non ottiene 5 stellette piene viene penalizzato con la perdita di Bonus o Premi vari.

Perdendo quei Bonus o Premi i venditori saranno costretti sia a pubblicare meno annunci sia ad aumentare i prezzi… tutte cose dunque che NON convengono NÈ ai venditori ma soprattutto NON convengono agli acquirenti.

eBay NON ha MAI spiegato sufficientemente bene la cosa ma potrete fare ricerca su altri canali ed informarvi ulteriormente da soli.

Il successo dei Venditori nonchè quello di eBay sono anche nelle tue mani. Penalizzando i Venditori con 4 Stelline o meno, essi perderanno vari vantaggi e privilegi, e molti di essi saranno costretti ad aumentare i prezzi per far fronte alla perdita di promozioni e vantaggi che avevano prima. Pertanto penalizzandoli con meno 5 Stelle Piene è una cosa che vi riguarda direttamente anche a voi perchè costringerete i venditori ad aumentare i prezzi. Non voglio sollecitarla dunque ad assegnare il massimo a tutti i costi, ma solamente informarti che su queste quattro voci a-5 Stellette Piene, eBay NON spiega sufficientemente bene agli acquirenti questa cosa. Soffermati dunque 2 minuti in più su quelle quattro voci con 5 stelline, e giudica il venditore nella sua interezza tenendo conto di queste poche righe. Puoi fare ricerca su forum o su canali o video anche fuori da eBay per saperne molto di più su quanto influiscano anche sugli acquirenti le valutazioni a 5 Stelle poichè penalizzando i venditori essi saranno costretti ad aumentare i prezzi dei propri annunci: è quindi una cosa quindi che alla lunga andrà a discapito soprattutto vostro.

...Il sottoscritto ce la mette davvero tutta a soddisfare il Cliente su tutte quelle 4 voci indicate (oggetto conforme alla descrizione, comunicazione, tempi di spedizione, costi di spedizione).

Ti chiedo pertanto di usare in piena coscienza questi strumenti che eBay mette a disposizione.

IN CASO DI PROBLEMI Per qualsiasi disguido o incomprensione nel corso della transazione, ti prego di contattarmi TEMPESTIVAMENTE (prima di rilasciare feedbacks) e farò il possibile in mio potere per risolvere qualsiasi problematica.
