Up for auction is the Hyper RARE 1987 CBS Associated Records PROMO Double LP release..."Ozzy Osbourne / Randy Rhoads Tribute" (ZX2 40714). This Promotional Only item has two (2) vinyl discs...and, comes in a gatefold cover. The cover shows relatively minor wear. There are no split seams, the spine is in tact, no rips or tears, it only has one very small (1") crease on the front, there is no writing, very minor ring wear (especially for a black colored album), it looks great when opened...and, it also sports the GOLD PROMO STAMP on the back. Both vinyl discs look brand new...although I've listed them as Near-MINT. I bought this album at a used record store in Chicago, IL many years ago as a collectible and NEVER played it. There aren't even any spindle marks on the discs labels. This item also includes a six (6) page biography, a press release page...and, an 8" X 10" black & white glossy photo of Ozzy & Randy...which are all in like new condition. Overall, this extremely RARE item is in Excellent Condition! Rarely played (if ever)...and, always handled with the utmost of care. Always kept in a protective sleeve, in a smoke free environment. Keep in mind, that the chances of finding another promo copy of this release...in this condition...especially with all the marketing material...is truly remote. Bid with confidence.
