What makes this unopened, vintage Ozzy LP even more special than most is that "Factory Sealed for Your Protection" sticker. Hard to see in photos, but is is clearly covering up something else-- likely, a "new release" pricing sticker. LP is sealed, edges and corners aren't perfect.
The sleeve isn't graded.
