I have for sale an original first pressing of Oasis's Cigarettes & Alcohol on 7 inch vinyl.

A lot of the time when buying records from eBay they will be listed as "new" or "mint" and a lot the the time this is rarely what I receive. Usually they are not "as new" but rather in "excellent" condition. Because of this I have deliberately tried to "downgrade" the condition of my records slightly to satisfy fellow collectors and hopefully exceed the buyers expectations. So here goes.

Cover - Very Good +
It's a shame that there is not a grading between vg and ex because it would've suited this cover nicely. This is a paper cover which is nearing 20 years old but is in remarkable condition when you consider it is paper. Showing faint signs of ring wear front and back. Unfortunately, the thing which stops the cover being graded a lot higher is a small section in the top right hand corner which is missing some print. It looks as if somebody has removed a sticker or tape and taken some of the print with it. I've owned this record for a couple of years and I've just noticed it prior to listing.

Vinyl - Near Mint
Generally, I don't like grading "near mint" but I can't downgrade here. There are small cracks on the label near the spindle which seems to be the norm. No evidence of play, no spindle marks and no scratches which I can see (not even small wispy ones).

Extras- Comes complete with the original oasis stickered plastic sleeve and postcard. To be honest the sleeve has seen better days but I would not discard it as it is part of the original record. Over the years it has become slightly discoloured and shows ring wear in the light.
