Vinyl – Very Good
* A couple of light surface marks on Side A which looks in 'excellent' condition.
* Side B has a dozen or so light surface marks
* There is also a minor warp or pressing edge imperfection to one edge of the vinyl (see photo). I am assuming this will not affect playback as it is on the outer edge of the vinyl. However, this vinyl has not been play tested, so buyer takes responsibility for this if they bid on this item and this defect does infact affect playback.
Cover – Excellent
* Only light ringwear & creasing
* Stored in clear plastic cover which has protected the sleeve
Inner Sleeve – Excellent
* Only light ringwear and creasing, looks crisp and clean.
* A couple of tiny brown spots on one side.
Labels – Excellent
* Labels look pristine
* A couple of tiny marks near the record hole on either side.
Please look at the photographs and ask any questions if you have any prior to bidding on the item. The photographs form part of the description. NOTE: Please regard any stickers mentioned as being irremovable without causing damage.
Vinyl Grading: I have used the British ‘Record Collectors’ grading system as a grading guide. All records are graded by eye under a bright light. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to play all of the vinyl to also provide a grading based on how they play.
· Mint (M) - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed should be ‘Mint’ condition. I have only sold a few truly ‘Mint’ records that have been unopened and have still been sealed.
· Excellent (EX) The record shows some minor signs of having been played. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing but overall the record is fantastic condition looking like a record that has been opened, stored and treated carefully and played possibly a handful of times.
· Very Good (VG) The Record looks as if it has been played many times with some noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items (given its age) without any major defects keeping it still in an acceptable condition.
· Good (G) The Record has clearly been played heavily to the point where the sound quality may have been impaired. The cover, sleeve and extra items suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I very rarely sell Vinyl in this condition because it’s not the kind of condition I would wish to buy vinyl in myself.
· Fair (F) The Record is still just playable but has clearly not been cared for properly and displays considerable marks, scuffs and scratches to the vinyl that would cause considerable surface noise and possible skipping. The Cover, sleeve and extra items may be torn, stained and / or defaced. Again, I very rarely sell Vinyl in this condition because it’s not the kind of condition I would wish to buy vinyl in myself.
Cleaning: As I do not have a professional cleaning / anti-static system I have not attempted to clean any of the records, preferring to leave that to purchasers to clean and remove static to their standards.
Photographs: Photographing vinyl can prove difficult because of its reflective nature. If in doubt, please contact me or ask for further photographs to be uploaded. I will be happy to do this for you before the auction ends.
Buyer Satisfaction: I have tried to be as honest as possible and as detailed as I can in the description, but record grading can be subjective at times. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact me to discuss the situation. I am friendly and amenable :)
Posting: I will usually use the Post Office second class recorded delivery for items below 2Kg and a courier or parcel service for heavier items. I will aim to post within a few working days– any delay after that is down to the courier. They quote between 3 and 5 working days delivery time. I am currently only selling vinyl to buyers within the United Kingdom. If you see an item you would like to purchase and you are outside of the UK but are willing to pay for the item to be shipped to you with tracking included, please message me before you decide to bid on the auction so that we can discuss postage costs.
Combined Postage: I will combine postage whenever it is cheaper to do so. Please contact me for a quote before purchase or wait for an invoice at checkout.
Packing: All Vinyl records will be placed in a protective clear plastic sleeve and a cardboard record mailer prior to posting. If you have any specific packing requests, please message me prior to posting.
Please view my feedback and bid with complete confidence. Please also save me to your Ebay Seller’s list so you can keep tabs on all my future Vinyl listings. I’m going to be selling hundreds of more records in 2026 that you won’t want to miss!
