For sale: Odessey And Oracle LP by The Zombies from April 1968 - original mono pressing.
Vinyl is nice and clean with just a few hairlines visible on either side which do not affect the audio. Played and assessed - sounds very good indeed, with just a couple of very minor clicks on just three tracks out of twelve, otherwise it would be excellent. Labels are clear with no stickers or writing – please see all photos.
This is definitely the mono version, with the single version of Care of Cell 44, and with Matrix Runouts of 63280 A1 & B1
It was purchased a week after its release in 1968 and has been enjoyed and treasured for nearly six decades. Now rightly viewed as one of the classic albums of the 1960s.
Original cover is intact with some old tape residue round the edges. No stickers, writing or marks on the front and a few marks on the back. The spine has a split at the middle.
The inner sleeve is split and will be replaced by a plain white one with the CBS original included.
