Description

The Sonny Lester spectacular--one of them, anyway. Earnest, gritty 70's vibe here, fronted by Mr. Levy. Who was Sonny Lester, anyway? I used to have a Z-grade exotica/lounge record that was CONDUCTED by Sonny Lester from late-50's-early 60's that obviously sounded nothing like the stuff he produced on Groove Merchant. Crazy.
CONSERVATIVE GRADING - I don't give out grades above vg+ for anything that has been removed from its original packaging
vinyl = vg+; clean and glossy, sound is crisp and clear cover = vg+; not much wrong here--still contained in shrink wrap, opened
