Cover:  Good with tape repair on all sides, bends at opening.  Vinyl:  G- pervasive scuffs and scratching.  Will play with background noise. 

 

Bonus disc has no cover, pictures of labels shown.  Condition of vinyl is G+, scuffing and scratching not quite as bad as other disc, but will probably play with some noise.
