Description

Offenbach: Gaite Parisienne. Arthur Fiedler, Boston Pops Orchestra.  RCA Living Stereo LSC-1817, Shaded Dog label, 5S/5S stampers, US pressing.

Condition: Disc: NM/NM-.  A couple faint hairlines side 1, otherwise appears NM. No spindle trails on either side suggest very little play.  Plays NM throughout with wonderfully clear, realistic sound and no distortion anywhere. Jacket: VG+, front and back look good with minor soiling on back. Seams intact all around.

About Grading: My grading is based primarily on a careful visual inspection.  If I see any marks, I will check them by playing and will tell you both about the marks and what I heard. Occasionally, I will audition a record all the way through if rare, and will again tell you if I do this and what I heard. It is unfortunate that time does not allow me to listen to everything but I try to apply generally used grading standards conservatively.  I also try to describe what I find carefully so you have no surprises.
