Rabid Cat Records, #RAB-001-OF. Offenders "I Hate Myself/Bad Times" original 7" from Austin, Texas. Released in 1984, first pressing.

SLEEVE CONDITION: GOOD
Has some light discoloration to front.
Minor edge wear with some separation on both ends of opening.
White border of cover is slightly foxed, toned with age.
Has some general creasing and edge wear throughout.
Has original price sticker on back cover.

VINYL CONDITION: EX
Record is clean with no visible scratches or scuffs.
The labels are in NM condition with no spindlemarks or wear.

Shipping

• Video Sanctum provides FREE shipping within the continental US on all orders.
• International shipping rates apply (varies by weight).
• All packages ship in a sturdy box. Please review our feedback for notes on "professional, safe shipping."
• Tracking is included for all orders, insurance is added to items valued >$100 (FREE OF CHARGE).
• Refunds on international orders apply to purchase price ONLY.
• Duties and carriage fees on international parcels are the responsibility of the buyer. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS AS A “GIFT.”

Returns:

• Video Sanctum provides a 30-day return policy for all transactions.
• In general, buyers are responsible for return shipping.
• In some cases, where Video Sanctum may be at fault, we may decide to cover any and all costs including return shipping, which is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping Reimbursements will apply ONLY when the following requirements are met:

• Item MUST be packaged “in a Box” (We supply custom boxes for each order. Damaged items due to improper packaging will void return shipping reimbursement and possibly the refund on original purchase.)
• Item MUST be sent with tracking (and insurance on items valued above $100). We provide these services AT NO ADDITIONAL charge for the original purchase. Lost or stolen items will not be refunded.
• Buyers will be notified BEFORE each return as to the status of return shipping reimbursement for their return.
• International orders are NOT eligible for return shipping reimbursement.

Refunds:

• Refunds are applied once the item has been received and inspected for quality.
• Refunds are applied through the original purchase point and cover the initial purchase price.
• In cases where return shipping is reimbursed, it is applied through PayPal.

Partial Refunds: As a policy, we do not provide partial refunds on any purchase. In the event of a listing error, refer to our standard return guidelines. An item’s “condition” is subjective in nature. If you feel that your item does not match the description, please contact us immediately to begin the return. The decision to keep the item or return it is entirely yours.
