General:

I am not a record dealer and all items that I am selling are from my personal collection.  All items have been in storage since 1994 when I began to work abroad.  They have remained in box storage since my return to London in 2011 due to lack of space.  Most of my vinyl has been kept in plastic sleeves and will be sent with the same sleeves.  All items have been well looked after since coming into my hands with those items bought secondhand varying in condition.  All items have been cleaned and listened to prior to selling in order to ensure that the items being sold represents what is provided in the description and condition details.  Please enjoy any purchases as much as I have.

Record is in very good condition and plays without fault.  Sleeve has not always been kept in plastic protector and displays some ring wear, minor stains (lower bottom rear side) and wear to bottom edge.  The integrity of the sleeve is still fine however, despite minor cosmetic faults.  I have placed a new plastic sleeve cover over the LP and this will come with the album.  Overall grade for album is VG – (minus) due to sleeve.
