Okeh 45423 78 RPM Stone Mtn Rag Jug Band Very high dollar catalog Okeh Electric 45423 “Stone Mountain Rag” / “Johnny Lover. G+ (edge chip stops right at start line on "Lover" and does not meet start line on "Stone") Plays very well, very loud, and “Rag”is an awesome tune. Two pounds media mail and packed right in our “made for shipping records” boxes because your 78 is worthless if it arrives broken and blaming it on the post office is not business – it’s bull.
I will be listing a lot of blues and scarce disks in the next few weeks so please check back. We will hold and combine on any orders when possible.
NOTE: All grading is subjective and done by looks and how it plays on an electric record player. Your equipment may be better or worse than mine. How we grade: Add + or - to increase or decrease condition slightly. Poor: Very heavily scratched, gouges, very gray, torn or marked up label, cracked, warped, or damaged, that effects play, looks really bad and possibly unplayable. These are only collectible if a scarce label or artist. Fair: Lots of scratches but some shine, no damage to disk, label decent: may have tears or stickers attached that need mention. Plays, but weakly with lots of noise. Good: Good is a well played record that has some shine, scratched but not gouged, decent label with minor damages. A decent copy that is clearly playable with acceptable noise level. Fine: A very nice disk, shiny, if scratched at all the scratches are very light and very few. Nice clean label. Disk looks lightly used if at all. Very Fine/Superb: Appears brand new and possibly never played. Record is bright, shiny, and almost perfect.
