Description
Promo copy of the first release of Oliver Nelson’s “Screamin’ The Blues”, with Eric Dolphy, Richard Williams, Richard Wyands, George Duvivier and Roy Haynes, on the New Jazz label. This is an original deep-groove release with a RVG stamp on the dead wax (see photos).
This record has been cleaned and play-graded. The record surfaces are rated as VG+, with glossy surfaces and no surface noise. This record is in its original inner paper sleeve. The record cover is in VG condition - the front cover is unmarked and has minimal ring wear, but has a sticker on the upper left corner that extends to the back cover. The back cover has staining on the lower portion and a PREVIEW COPY stamp (see photos). The corners and edges of the cover are scuffed. The spine and upper seam are intact. The bottom seam has a 2 inch split in the middle of the seam. The inner sleeve is original and has splits on the right and bottom sides. The labels are clean and unmarked with moderate spindle wear.
This record is from my personal collection and I have decided it’s now time to start selling most of my records. I bought this LP in Used condition around 30 years ago and it has been carefully stored and occasionally played since.
