Description

This is a white label promotional copy of a 7" vinyl 45rpm record of the Olivia Newton-John cover of John Denver’s "Take Me Home, Country Roads" released on MCA Records in 1973. Same song on both sides, Mono on one side, Stereo on the other.


Comes in a plain white paper sleeve. With its genre-crossing appeal and vintage charm, this promotional record captures a snapshot of Olivia Newton-John's early career in the 1970s music scene. This is her first promo 45 in the US on MCA.


This one is a Pinckneyville pressing. Has evidence of stickers that used to be on both sides, as well as little bits of blue pen markings on both sides, plus a bit of red transfer on the label at the bottom of the Stereo side. Otherwise the record is in VG+ condition. Please see photos to determine if you’re ok with the condition.
