Vinyl is brand new and still sealed in the original shrink wrap. The sleeve remains sealed and unopened. There are a few minor corner dings and slight edge wear under the shrink from storage/handling, most noticeable on the corners, but overall the cover is still in very good shape with no major creases or seam splits.
