Description
This is a rare release that is hard to find in decent condition in the USA. UK Decca label made the earliest releases of this 2nd album of the Stones. The run-out codes match with one of the scarce early releases that included the obnoxious "blind man" language in the notes (quoted above)--mentioned only because it dates this pressing. VG+ copies with decent covers like this usually go for $60 or more directly from US sellers. We put a nice price on this because we have a lot of new inventory to move.
See the photos of the back cover and labels for a list of the tracks.
You will find other copies for sale directly from the UK, advertised as "1st pressing" at a lower price but make sure that is the case by getting and looking up the run-out codes, studying the photos closely, and making sure to ask specific questions about the condition, because it will cost you about $30 in return postage if you don't like what you get.
The vinyl on this copy looks fine and glossy and would be NM except for 3 or 4 hairlines that don't affect the play. The front cover has some light ring wear that affects only the gloss, a small delamination line on the right side and two corners that were slightly bent--but it is still quite presentable. The back has some minor blemishes visible in the photos.
