This is an original mono / deep groove label pressing of the 1950 jazz vocal 10'':  BILLIE HOLIDAY - SINGS (Columbia / CL 6129).

Record shows some light wear and several light marks - a bit more noticeable on A side - plays with a crackle that is noticeable but does not overpower music. 

Cover shows some light discoloration and bottom seam is split appx. 3 inches in center.  Small writing on back cover (see scan).
