Description

For the Beatles Collector, here’s a nice original “Meet The Beatles” 1964 U.S.LP MONO/Capitol T-2047 Scranton pressing with the original innner sleeve. This very early 1964 pressing omits the George Martin production credit. The Jacket shows some shelf wear but no splits and still looks great. I would give it a VG+. A few scuffs and scratches on the disc consistent with its age (60 years old). I gave it a long bath in the ultrasonic then a test spin - sounded great on my Technics 1250 TT and Sumiko cart. This classic gem still has magic to share. A few snaps and crackles here and there consistent with age and use, but it’s a 60-year-old artifact!
