Original 1976 stereo 2-LP set. Classic New Orleans rhythm & blues double album (w/ gatefold cover) recorded live, featuring the cream of the crop of New Orleans r&b artists (plus one Texan, LIGHTNIN' HOPKINS): ALLEN TOUSAINT, LEE DORSEY, ERNIE K-DOE, ROBERT PARKER, IRMA THOMAS, EARL KING & PROFESSOR LONGHAIR. 21 tracks in all, including "Workin' In A Coal Mine," "Holy Cow," (LEE DORSEY) "Mother-In-Law," (ERNIE K-DOE) "Barefootin'," (ROBERT PARKER) "You Can Have My Husband, But Please Don't Mess With My Man," (IRMA THOMAS) "Mojo Hand," (LIGHTNIN' HOPKINS) "Tipitina" & "Mardi Gras In New Orleans" (PROFESSOR LONGHAIR), so much more. Vinyl in beautiful NEAR MINT condition. A 'must have' for any/all New Orleans r&b fans/collectors.
