This is an original 1959 LP:  CAFE BIZARRE PRESENTS ASSORTED MADNESS (Musitron).
Record is very glossy with some faint wear and a few marks on each side that cannot be felt.
Cover looks great - spine is split appx. 2/3 length and top seam is split appx. 1/4 inch at opening - no writing.
