This is an original 1961 LP:  BILL EVANS TRIO - WALTZ FOR DEBBY (Riverside / stereo / RS 9399).

Record is glossy with some light wear and a few surface marks (a couple can be lightly felt) - plays with some crackle / surface noise that is noticeable throughout but does not overpower music - not recommended for someone looking for a mint copy, but great for someone looking for an acceptable original pressing for the collection. 

Deep groove labels. 

Cover shows some light wear - bottom seam split appx. 1/4 inch at opening - top seam split appx. 2 inches in center - very small writing on back cover at bottom right.
