This is an original stereo pressing the ART BLAKEY & THE JAZZ MESSENGERS "MOSAIC" LP (Blue Note / stereo / BST 84090).
Record appears to be in overall excellent condition - very glossy with only a couple of faint very light marks that cannot be felt - plays and sounds great with only a very light crackle during the quieter parts - does not overpower or distract from listening.
Label address: Blue Note Records Inc - New York USA (both sides).

A side: RVG STEREO BN-ST-84090 A (ear)
B side: RVG STEREO BN-ST-84090 B (ear)
Cover is in excellent condition - no split seams - no writing - no ring wear on front cover - looks superb!
