This is an original mono pressing of the jazz LP: JACKIE MCLEAN "DESTINATION OUT!" (Blue Note / BLP 4165).
Featuring: Jackie McLean, Grachan Moncur III, Bobby Hutcherson, Larry Ridley and Roy Haynes.
Record appears to be in excellent condition - looks barely played - very glossy with only a couple of very small faint marks that cannot be felt.
Label address: Blue Note Records Inc New York USA (both sides).

Cover is in overall excellent condition - one very small tear near center of opening seam - no split seams - no writing.
