This is an original mono (deep groove label) LP:  THE MILES DAVIS QUINTET - COOKIN' WITH... (Prestige / PRLP 7094).
Record shows some wear and several marks - plays great with some background crackle that is noticeable but does not overpower music - not recommended for someone looking for a mint copy, but great for someone looking to add an original pressing with some wear / background crackle to the collection. 
Run off grooves: PRLP-7094-B RVG H AB PRLP-7094-A-1 RVG 3 AB (abstract MGM pressing symbol)
