From a collection of rare and obscure 60's psych, acid, hard rock and blues PROMO LP's, here is The Freeborne, Peak Impressions from 1967, Monitor Records MPS(C)607. Everyone of his albums is a DJ copy of some sort, with a variety of promo stamps and stickers, but this has none. The vinyl label may be an alternate color to the public release, but I don't know. The only thing different is the (c) in the record label code. What is known is that it still has the factory plastic on it and, except for a short seam split at the top end, the seams and corners are in great shape and the front and back are perfectly preserved. The vinyl is NM to my eye. Anything keeping it from mint comes from being pulled out of the sleave a few times. Finding this LP in ANY shape is hard. Finding one in this shape is extremely rare - no disappointments. Band is Nick Carstolu, Dave Codd, Mike Spiros, Bob Margolin and Lew Lipson. Tracks are Images, Land of Diana, Visions of My Own, Sadly Acknoledged, Peak Impressions & Thoughts, Yellow Sky, Hurtin Kind of Woman, Inside People, A New Song For Ortes, But I Must Return to Frenzy.
